The challenges of improving education for all students are real. VARC provides analytics and analysis to help our partners develop real world solutions. We work with school districts, state departments of education, local and state education agencies, and education non-profits to improve systems and programs, optimize use of resources, and promote student success.
VARC supports organizations through a variety of resources, from value-added metrics, to trainings and reports on measures of educator performance, to policy briefs for implementing educator effectiveness systems. We are driven by a professional staff of over 50 educators, econometricians, policy analysts, programmers, psychometricians, data systems specialists, and qualitative and quantitative researchers. Together, we offer educators and leaders the skills and tools to use data to improve schools.
